Forward Deployed Engineer II

Summary

Join Invisible Technologies as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) and support the daily operations of Invisible deployments, applying your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to assist customers. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and other engineers to address customer challenges, optimize workflows, and build scalable solutions. Responsibilities include responding to support requests, maintaining existing workflows, and contributing to the improvement of customer outcomes. Requirements

• Strong engineering background demonstrated by a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science and related fields OR equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with one of more programming languages, such as Python, Typescript/JavaScript, or similar
• Familiarity with a data engineering frameworks, such as SQL/NoSQL

Responsibilities

• Work with Solution Architects and other Forward Deployed Software Engineers to understand the critical problems customers have and design workflows to solve them
• Identify workflow optimisations through deep engagement with customer problems and work to build into a stable and scalable solution
• Respond to and triage incoming support requests from both internal and external teams
• Maintain and improve existing workflows to support customer outcomes
