Join OfferFit's forward-deployed AI engineering team as a creative technical expert collaborating with customers to ensure their success. You will collaborate with customer analytics teams on use case setups, extend product capabilities by developing data pipelines and APIs, work with the Applied Science team on self-learning algorithms, and contribute to product strategy. Requirements
- Write clean, object-oriented code
- Care about good design and terse, testable APIs
- Regularly explore and learn new technologies and methods
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks, work around obstacles, and always seek creative ways to improve processes and outcomes
- Structure a plan, align stakeholders, and see it through to execution
- Express yourself clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally
- Be able to fully overlap and support North America time zones
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Up to 10-15% travel for team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer analytics/BI teams and OfferFit colleagues on use case setups (design, data integration, pipeline and ML model configuration, etc.) and ongoing value delivery and optimization
- Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components
- Work closely with the Applied Science team to improve self-learning (reinforcement learning) algorithms
- Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap
