Requirements

• 1+ years of FP&A experience
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience using financial systems, preferably Adaptive Insights

Responsibilities

• Support all FP&A activities ranging from top-line and expense planning, capacity planning, analyzing and reporting against key metrics, board reporting, and ad-hoc analysis to support the business
• Support the Manager on all day to day budget and expense management, assist in forecasting and maintaining top-line metrics, and interface with business leaders to provide reporting and analysis as needed
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, financial trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
• Support the continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly and participate in process improvement initiatives to support our growth and efforts to scale as an FP&A team

Benefits

Base compensation: $70,000 - $78,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits
