Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling & planning
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and market data
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems in a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual budget variance analysis to identify significant variances, understand underlying causes, and recommend corrective action
• Aid in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic scenarios and their financial impact, forecasting the company’s long-term growth and profitability
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to finance and broader business, providing actionable insights to leadership
• Synthesize financial performance data and strategic inputs to propose the company’s future business direction, effectively communicating these insights to leadership and external stakeholders
• Develop and establish Annual Operating Plan by aligning financial targets with strategic business goals, collating and evaluating budget proposals from various departments, ultimately defining the company's financial objectives/targets
• Develop and enhance budget management framework, optimizing processes for efficient budgetary control
• Adapt to unconventional working hours and perform high-intensity tasks as needed
