FP&A Manager

Summary

Join ConnectWise as an FP&A Manager and provide reporting solutions and analysis to senior management and stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to present insights on business performance and financial and strategic planning. This role involves implementing and improving tools and reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and participating in the budgeting and forecasting processes. You will analyze financial impacts of strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities, driving process improvements to ensure data integrity. The position offers a hybrid/remote/on-site work option with limited travel.

Requirements

• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
• Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
• Excellent modeling and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge Accounting, budgeting, and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Provide support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
• Research, analyze, and document findings
• May coach and review the work of other team members
• Implement, refine, and improve tools, reports, and procedures to optimize planning and forecasting processes
• Monitor and interpret regular report results to identify key business opportunities, leading indicators of risks, and advise leadership team on appropriate actions
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
• Partner with key leaders across the company providing regular reporting, financial insights, leadership, and support for management decisions
• Participate in annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning
• Drive operational and financial process improvement practices to ensure data integrity, and maximization of internal resources to create a robust internal reporting platform
• Work with manager to propagate the approved budget throughout the organization and explain issues as requested
• Analyze financial impacts of strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
