Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA is preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions
• Ability to create executive-level dashboards and presentations in PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of FP&A to develop comprehensive financial reports that emphasize cost efficiency and expense management, including defining corporate benchmarks and utilizing financial models for performance assessment
• Analyze cost trends, variances, and performance drivers to provide actionable recommendations, focusing on vendor and staffing cost control to enhance overall efficiency
• Collaborate with Corporate department leads to prepare materials for monthly operating reviews, presenting insights and variance analysis, while partnering with accounting during month-end close
• Develop and refine periodic forecasts with department leads to assess the impact of current activities on long-term corporate goals and provide financial modeling for strategic initiatives
• Support the annual budgeting process and develop financial budgeting and forecasting modules to streamline operations
