FP&A Senior Associate

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• +5 years of experience in financial roles, preferably with previous roles in FP&A and reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling
• Lead ad-hoc strategic projects, coordinating multiple departments
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Build and own all financial reporting with unwavering commitment to accuracy in all presented and reported numbers
• Develop and present detailed financial decks that clearly convey analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
• Create, implement, and improve financial models, databases, and dashboards
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial systems
• Act as a Business Partner to different Business Lines and Departments within the organization working directly with C-Level
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FP&A tools and NetSuite
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and resilience to investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Self-improvement driven with a proactive approach to learning
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
