Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
  • Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, business partnering, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in US shift timings (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and highlight key variances
  • Generate accurate monthly/quarterly financial reports and commentary for leadership
  • Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition financial integration if needed
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and controls
  • Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A activities
  • Support global finance initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in different time zones

Preferred Qualifications
