Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a freelance or contract capacity
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry
• Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
