Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bottom Funnel Pages Team and liaise with the SEO Director
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team through clear guidelines, effective work processes, training, and ongoing performance tracking
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster expertise in content marketing, SEO, and related disciplines
• Analyze and evaluate the gambling competitors landscape to identify key opportunities to drive meaningful traffic and growth
• Conduct market research on content creation and brand growth to inform strategic decisions and initiatives
• Align and collaborate closely with content, product, and development teams to meet business objectives
• Oversee development and implementation of critical SEO and content optimizations
• Consistently track, measure, and report on performance metrics, going beyond surface-level data to uncover deeper drivers of success
• Source, manage, and maintain external resources such as freelance writers to support content production needs
