Responsibilities

• Work with the Creative Leads and Project Managers to provide motion design concepts for a variety of executions across entertainment and gaming based social campaigns
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative team members to create original and innovative executions that drive fan engagement
• Partner with Social Media Managers and Creative Leads on client calls and asks, when applicable
• Offer guidance to junior motion designers in regards to processes, files structures, animation techniques, new AE plugins, etc
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, explore new techniques to guide the team and push the boundaries of motion graphics design
• Set the quality bar within the team, and help ensure that all creative motion assets meet or exceed DMM standards with Creative Leads
• Identify and leverage key moments from cinematics, long form video, films, etc. to craft unique and visually compelling motion designs for different social media platforms
• Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table for the overall success of the design team
