Summary

Dragon Army is seeking a Freelance Product Strategist to support their growing team in a 100% remote position. The candidate will gather critical information, design workshops, evaluate business processes, prioritize initiatives, communicate insights, collaborate with team members, and research industry trends.

Requirements

• Three or more years of Strategy experience
• Expertise in Jira. Jira Administration experience preferred
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and conceptualize complete experiences that meet client needs and vision
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Presentation and facilitation skills
• Documentation skills
• Experience creating detailed reports

Responsibilities

• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
• Design and facilitate workshops, on-site visits, customer and client interviews to elicit project requirements, and product strategy
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement
• Participate in reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Elicit and document detailed functional requirements
• Write user stories and tasks suitable for project team members to understand what they need to accomplish
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members, clients, and management
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Present concepts and research to both client and project teams to ensure alignment on product strategy
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Game Theory and Design Thinking is a plus
