Remote Freelance Videographer

Summary

As a videographer, you'll be responsible for filming content for our main IRL channels, setting up and breaking down lights and camera gear, and working with directors to create shot lists. If you're passionate about creating engaging content and have 2+ years of videography experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Videography experience
• Google Suite
• Deep Understanding of the Production Process
• Knowledge of Sony Cameras
• Great Communication Skills
• Must be Detail Oriented
• Well Organized

Responsibilities

• Film content for our main IRL channels focusing on what will drive the most excitement to our audience
• Set up and break down lights and camera gear on set
• Mic up talent and make sure sound is synced before filming
• Fully understand scripts and outlines, and film each scene with maximum retention in mind
• Work with Directors to create shot lists for each production & shoot day
• Help film collaborations with with other YouTubers and their teams
• Manage and maintain all camera and lighting equipment
• Dump and organize footage after shoots and to make sure post has everything needed
• Work with Production Coordinator to schedule time for pick up shots and thumbnail photos
• Participate in YouTube analytics dives to fully understand why videos are successful
• Participate in regular post-mortem conversations to consistently level up our productions
