Freelance Videographer & Content Creator

Summary

The job is for a Content Creator who will develop and execute a content strategy, manage all aspects of content creation, collaborate with key personnel, monitor and analyze content performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and stay updated with industry advancements. The role requires 3-5+ years of experience, proficiency in photography, videography, and editing, and a strong portfolio of accomplished works.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience
• Skilled storyteller through video and photography with a strong portfolio of accomplished works
• Possesses knowledge of camera equipment regarding photography/videography/audio (Aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focal length, waveforms)
• Ability to capture, edit, and produce video, photography, and audio content (multi-cam editing, video ratioing)
• Proficient in photography, collecting & editing
• Proficient in videography, collecting & editing

Responsibilities

• Develop and create content strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience
• Execute and manage all aspects of content creation including ideation, production, and distribution for social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Collaborate with key marketing personnel to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all content
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize future content strategies
• Identify trends & opportunities by staying up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging content formats/platforms
