Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and clients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Manages check-ins, visitor logs, and security protocols
- Provides accurate information and direct guests appropriately
- Maintains a polished and professional front-desk presence
- Answers and routes calls promptly with a professional tone and discretion
- Manages incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and packages
- Maintains and restocks front office supplies and conference room materials
- Provides administrative support to multiple departments as needed, including document prep, printing, scanning, and scheduling
- Assists in the planning and execution of onsite meetings and events
- Partners with building management and vendors for service requests and maintenance
- Monitors cleanliness and orderliness of reception area, common spaces, and kitchen
- Coordinates office supply ordering and inventory tracking
- Supports emergency preparedness and health/safety protocols at the front desk
- Serves as a communication hub between departments and guests
- Anticipates office needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Models a high standard of customer service, reliability, and discretion
- Other duties as assigned
