Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in large eCommerce projects, including managing teams and delivering results
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, especially React
• Deep expertise in headless architecture and development within public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Autonomous and proactive in decision-making and execution
• Hands-on coding skills to guide and mentor the team by example
• Strong organizational skills to lead projects efficiently
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• A strong eye for design and detail to deliver polished, high-quality user interfaces
