Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience as a well-rounded engineer with a deep appreciation for engineering fundamentals
- Understand the importance of writing tests, designing maintainable systems, and following engineering best practices
- Possess an architecture-minded approach, understanding system integration and valuing scalable, performant frontends
- Be excited to collaborate on difficult problems and enjoy pairing with others
Responsibilities
- Bring transparency to the financial markets by enabling customers to extract insights from large datasets
- Develop using a modern, open source stack including React, Redux, Node.js, and JVM languages such as Scala and Kotlin
- Build and support the company's distributed systems architecture
- Collaborate with engineers, product, design, and data engineering teams
- Gain knowledge of the financial industry, including its participants, terminology, and mathematics
