Summary
Join LastPass as a FrontEnd Engineer and contribute to the development of their consumer web application. You will design, develop, and integrate new features, troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance team efficiency. Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework, preferably React
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate complex technical challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and engage constructively with leadership
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying and sharing knowledge across all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of designing, building, maintaining, and delivering software systems on time and to quality standards
- Proficiency in web technologies, development environments, and tools essential for building robust software systems
- Expertise in software architecture and familiarity with common design patterns
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and integrating new features within the consumer web application domain of LastPass
- Providing expert-level troubleshooting, debugging, and support for complex internal and customer-facing issues
- Influencing and shaping the engineering culture to foster a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused environment
- Collaborating within a Cross-Functional Team (XFT) to improve team efficiency by identifying, proposing, and implementing process and workflow enhancements

- Experience with PHP
- Familiarity with distributed systems
- Experience working on software systems that meet the highest security standards
