Responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions and set coding standards for the frontend team
• Write and review high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
• Partner with product managers and designers to align technical solutions with business needs
• Support engineers by providing guidance, code reviews, and learning opportunities
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the user interface
• Architect and implement solutions for complex technical challenges in the frontend ecosystem
• Create and improve development tools to streamline workflows and deployments
• Ensure the delivery of intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces
