Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join Remedy Product Studios, a rapidly scaling technology company, as a Vue.js Engineer. You will collaborate with product managers and partners to build high-performing web applications for digital health products. This role demands a strong background in software development, Vue.js expertise, and experience with Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications, ensuring seamless integrations and high performance. Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in building and deploying complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Proficiency in English (B2 level) is required, with excellent written and verbal skills to engage actively and clearly with native speakers
• At least 2 years / projects in Digital Health products (patient workflows etc)
• Deep understanding of Vue.js ecosystem, including Vuex for state management
• Experience deploying and optimizing applications for high performance and scalability
• Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Circle CI
• Proficient with Scrum and Agile development methodologies, with experience working in Agile teams to manage feature requests within realistic timelines
• Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and supportive documentation
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with rapid iteration cycles and fast-changing requirements

Responsibilities

• Meet with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications
• Review application requirements and interface designs
• Identify web-based user interactions
• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using react concepts
• Write application interface codes using Typescript
• Write Unit tests
• Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes
• Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts
• Monitor and improve front-end performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Python or NodeJs
• Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js or NestJS APIs
• Advanced skills in GraphQL and familiarity with REST API integration
• Working experience with Vercel for building and scaling applications
• Experience managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field from an accredited college or university
