Senior Frontend Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• 2-5 years proven experience leading software engineering teams with a track record of shipping reliable, scalable applications
• Strong technical background with full stack solutions including JavaScript (React), Java/Kotlin, and integrations with Salesforce
• Ability to translate business goals into technical strategy, making smart tradeoffs between speed, scope, and quality
• Hands-on coding or debugging when necessary—you know when to roll up your sleeves
• Experience with high-traffic applications and continuous development/deployment
• Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous workloads
• A bias for action, strong communication skills, and the ability to align and motivate teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on mission-critical systems that support digital commerce and sales tools
• Provide technical guidance and stay hands-on when needed, especially in critical design and code reviews
• Drive the execution of projects end-to-end, removing roadblocks, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business Systems teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Champion engineering excellence by upholding a high bar for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability
• Identify and implement improvements in system architecture, development practices, and team workflows
• Support the team’s career development, fostering a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce or sales tooling domains is a strong plus

• The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits
• $155,000 — $248,000 USD
