Frontend Software Engineering Intern

Summary

Join Dapper Labs as a Frontend Engineering Intern/Co-op for a 4 or 8-month term, with potential for full-time employment. You'll contribute to flagship NFT projects like NBA Top Shot and NFL All Day, building and iterating on new features using cutting-edge technologies such as React, Next.js, and GraphQL. This internship offers the chance to work with emerging technologies, learn from experienced engineers, and own critical features. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with solid computer science fundamentals and experience in JavaScript and frontend development. This role is perfect for students in their final semester or recent graduates with a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.

Requirements

• Be a fast learner and embrace new technologies
• Be familiar with or interested in blockchain technology
• Have experience with JavaScript and frontend development
• Have knowledge of modern web development libraries such as React and Vue
• Have interests in or knowledge of UX and UI design principles
• Be a recent university grad or have completed or nearly complete BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degrees

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and iterate new features on our flagship NFT products
• Build the best user experience with cutting-edge technologies: we use the latest tools and patterns in the ecosystem, including: React, Next.js, Vercel, GraphQL, WebGL
• Own critical new features and be given responsibilities just like a full-time engineer
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to turn design and requirements into real products
