  • Strong passion for crafting beautiful, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
  • Experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks), HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices
  • Comfortable working with backend technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL when needed
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and collaborative development workflows (Git, code reviews, etc.)
  • High degree of autonomy, creativity, and intrinsic motivation

  • Contribute across the stack when needed—especially in crafting clean APIs, handling backend logic, or integrating new services
  • Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and iterate rapidly on solutions
  • Participate in architectural and UI/UX design discussions, helping shape the visual and functional direction of our software
  • Support DevOps, CI/CD, and post-deployment improvements, with a frontend-first perspective

Benefits

  • A ground-breaking business with an early foothold in the carbon removal industry and the ability to have a real impact on climate change
  • Small but rapidly growing, international team with a shared mission to address climate change
  • Flexible working hours and remote work with hybrid possible if you're close to Freiburg or Zurich
