Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• 3+ years of experience in leadership or mentorship roles, preferably as a Tech Lead in dynamic fast-paced environments
• 4+ years of proven experience working with web applications using React and JavaScript
• 3+ years of experience in PHP
• Experience with unit and end-to-end (E2E) testing
• Experience with CSS and SCSS
• Deep understanding of the web application development lifecycle and industry best practices
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility
• Strong English language communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Drive the technical design and architecture of new features, ensuring they meet high performance, scalability, and availability standards
• Provide technical oversight and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the team
• Pioneer innovative solutions from both a technological and business perspective
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, identifying and mitigating potential issues early in the development process
• Collaborate effectively with team members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables
• Promote best practices in software development, testing, and deployment, including CI/CD and automated testing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Github actions workflows
• Experience building or maintaining an open-source project
• Experience with Node.js
• Experience with Microservices architecture
