FT Sales Supervisor

Summary

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join its Houston Galleria store. The job involves partnering with the Store Manager, coaching sales associates, driving own percentage of sales, training POS transactions, and opening/closing the store in absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Customer service skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities

• Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations
• Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor
• Drive your own percentage of sales
• Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed
• Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager
