Summary

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Supervisor for its Miami Design store in Miami, Florida. The role involves partnering with the Store Manager, coaching sales associates, driving own percentage of sales, training POS transactions, and opening/closing the store in absence of the Store Manager. Qualifications required are 2+ years retail experience, excellent organization skills, customer service skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications. Responsibilities

• Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations
• Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor
• Drive your own percentage of sales
• Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed
• Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager
