Fulfillment Center Associate

Summary

Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate at Wantable's Milwaukee fulfillment center! As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for picking and packing orders, processing returns, and assembling boxes for shipping. If you're positive, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board!

Requirements

• Daily attendance is necessary
• Ability to be on their feet for the majority of the shift
• Occasional requirement to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Assemble shipping boxes
• Replenish inventory in picking bins
• Maintain the work area and equipment in an orderly condition
• Process Reverse Shipments in an efficient manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Maintain a positive attendance record
• Ability to communicate effectively with Fulfillment Center Leadership
• Motivation to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Capacity to work well with others
• Easily adaptable to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
