Summary

Jackpocket is seeking an Operations Associate to support lottery operations at their fulfillment center. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented, resourceful, and available for various shifts including weekends and holidays. The role involves performing lottery ticket purchasing and redemptions, scanning and uploading tickets, coordinating workflow, maintaining equipment, and assisting with ad-hoc projects. The starting pay rate is $18 per hour, and benefits include individual health insurance plans, 10 PTO days, 401K matching, and equal employment opportunities.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technology and computer software (Microsoft Excel a plus)
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and self-directed with the ability to prioritize and execute with little oversight
• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships

Responsibilities

• Perform lottery ticket purchasing and redemptions
• Scan and upload lottery tickets, log progress, and process orders
• Coordinate workflow so that goals and deadlines are met
• Maintain printing and scanning equipment
• Assist with ad-hoc operational projects as needed
