Summary

The job is for a hands-on contributor in the Portals team at Hopper, responsible for designing and expanding white label portal solutions. The candidate will help design, build, and scale the backend distribution architecture, deliver a platform for white label sides, and customize the experience to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Have worked with customer-facing products
• Excellent mindset on delivering quality updates to our product safely and repeatedly
• Pragmatic Scala experience or strong development skills in Java
• Experience in a FE Javascript based platform such as React or Typescript
• Solid problem solving and debugging skills, with the tendency to want to automate around repetitive tasks to make things easier going forward
• Experience with extending a core solution to multiple partners, reducing overhead for deployments and upkeep
