Summary

Join Simulmedia as a Full Stack Engineer to develop cutting-edge insights and analytics capabilities in a brand new CTV self-service platform. Work closely with product managers, designers, and data engineers to ensure seamless integration of analytics features into the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on web applications and data-driven platforms
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Deep understanding of React and its ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Tailwind CSS
  • Experience in building data visualization tools and dashboards using React-based libraries
  • Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) using Next.js
  • Proficiency in backend development with tRPC as an API framework
  • Experience designing and developing APIs, handling authentication, authorization, and security best practices
  • Proficiency in building scalable and reliable data-fetching layers
  • Experience with serverless architectures and CDN usage for enhancing performance and reliability
  • Solid experience with Vercel or other serverless platforms for deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring
  • Experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Vitest, Cypress, or similar
  • Proficiency in Git for version control
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement insights and analytics dashboards for the CTV self-service platform
  • Develop both frontend and backend services using React, Next.js , and TypeScript
  • Build robust, scalable APIs using tRPC to serve analytics data to the frontend application
  • Create efficient server-side rendered (SSR) or static site-generated (SSG) pages via Next.js for performance-optimized analytics displays
  • Collaborate with the designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using Tailwind CSS
  • Optimize the full stack to ensure quick load times, low-latency data fetching, and smooth user experiences
  • Deploy and manage the platform using Vercel
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  • Implement unit and end-to-end testing for both frontend and backend components
