Full Stack Engineer Intern, Internship - United States

Summary

Matroid is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to assist the Full Stack team in developing features for their computer vision platform. The intern will work onsite at their Palo Alto office, learn from experienced team members, and receive competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements

• Working towards a degree in CS or equivalent
• Significant experience working with web applications, either via previous work experience or personal projects
• Expertise with JavaScript / TypeScript and React
• Willingness and eligibility for security clearance up to TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Developing a significant feature or features for Matroid’s computer vision platform
• Measuring and evaluating technology and design tradeoffs and alternatives
• Iteratively scoping, designing, and building your project while getting feedback and mentorship from experienced team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with: Redux, Node.js, Express.js
• Have built browser based features on top of machine learning technologies
• Have experience with video or graphics in the browser
