Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Proven experience developing backend applications using Python
• Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Build intuitive, responsive UIs using React
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the .NET framework and related technologies
• Knowledge of or interest in working with Temporal.io
