Full Stack Software Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Have 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Demonstrate proficiency in React, Python, Node, NoSQL, and MySQL
• Possess experience with cloud providers like AWS, particularly in deploying and managing infrastructure as code
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of software design principles, systems integration, and automation
• Show familiarity with CRM systems and purpose-built software development
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide advanced support
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Possess experience with performance monitoring tools and frameworks
• Demonstrate knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React
• Design and implement backend systems using Python, Node.js, NoSQL, and MySQL
• Lead the development and enhancement of our CRM to support multiple business lines, ensuring robust integrations and monitoring automations
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including design, deployment, and maintenance
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS
• Ensure seamless integration of developed software with existing and future infrastructure systems and applications
• Provide Level 2/3 support for software and infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess familiarity with additional frontend or backend frameworks
• Be bilingual (Spanish & English C1/C2)
