Fullstack Developer

Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions as a Fullstack Developer and be part of a team building the next generation of Workforce Management for the Deutsche Telekom Technology domain. You will work closely with POs, architects, and development/ops teams to support and evolve the application. Responsibilities include developing and implementing new frontend features, applying bug fixes, writing unit tests, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting incidents, documenting work, and contributing to test strategy. The role requires strong experience with JavaScript & TypeScript, proficiency with React or Angular, and a deep understanding of frontend architecture. Backend knowledge (REST APIs, microservices), experience with Java and Spring-Boot, and familiarity with Git and GitLab are also necessary. Remote work is possible within Hungary.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript & TypeScript
• Proficient with React (preferred) or Angular
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design
• Skilled in using build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar
• Familiar with UI testing and test automation
• Solid experience with Git and GitLab (branching, merge requests, etc.)
• Basic backend knowledge (REST APIs, microservices)
• Experience in Java and Frameworks like Spring-Boot

Responsibilities

• Work closely with POs, architects, and development/ops teams to support and evolve the application
• Develop and implement new frontend features based on product requirements
• Apply bugfixes on both frontend and backend (frontend prioritized)
• Write unit tests for new features
• Participate in code reviews / merge requests
• Mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and analyze incidents; help with root cause analysis
• Document your work in a clear, structured way
• Contribute to test strategy and choose proper automation technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• German language knowledge
• Camunda and Workflow know how is a plus
