Node JavaScript Fullstack Developer

Summary

Join Ventech Solutions as a Node JS and Angular Developer and be part of a core scrum team developing a flagship healthcare suite. This remote position in India requires 2-8 years of product development experience and proficiency in Node.js, Angular 13+, TypeScript, and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and ship new features, and implement AI workflows. Responsibilities include unit testing, optimizing applications, and participating in bug fixes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and Agile experience are essential.

Requirements

• Proficient in Node.js, Angular 13+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
• Minimum 2-8 years of product development experience
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Solid experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and/or Object Relational Mapping (ORM) tools (e.g., TypeORM, Sequelize)
• Hands-on experience with server-side unit testing frameworks and best practices
• Proven experience integrating generative AI into production-grade applications
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Be a part of the core scrum team involved in the development of the flagship health care suite
• Ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features comprising of creating new interfaces and REST APIs and integrations
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Implement AI workflows including prompt engineering, vector databases, embedding models, and fine-tuning where applicable
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Implement user stories through high quality code
• Passionate about technology, self-motivated, and eager to continue learning as well as collaborate with others
• Participate in bug fixes and grooming sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of deployment and troubleshooting in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Working with large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Calude, etc
• Implement RAG pipelines
• Building or integrating AI Agents for task automation or user interaction
• Using vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB) and embedding models
