Full-stack Developer

Join our dynamic team as a PHP Full-stack Developer and contribute to a robust microservices architecture serving over 30 million users monthly in Portugal. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and advanced programming skills in Golang and/or PHP, along with strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with MySQL or Postgres. Location is flexible, with occasional visits to the Lisbon office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Advanced programming skills in Golang and/or PHP
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with MySQL or Postgres
• Comfortable using the Linux terminal
• Proficiency in Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functionalities on observador.pt within a microservices architecture
• Continuously improve existing functionalities and launch new features
• Contribute to a robust and scalable microservices architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
• Knowledge of Redis or other NoSQL databases
• Understanding of message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
• Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or other cloud platforms
