Full-Stack Developer

Summary

Join Workleap, a company building employee experience software, as a Full Stack Developer. You will be involved in all stages of product development, from solution discussions and technical decisions to shipping features and ensuring user experience quality. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment. The team uses C#, .NET, React (TypeScript), Azure, and other technologies. Requirements

• Significant experience in full stack development, ideally in a product-oriented environment
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for backend development, and solid knowledge of React (TypeScript) for the frontend
• Comfortable working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Experience with Azure cloud and tools like Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity: you ask questions, make proposals, and don’t wait for everything to be perfectly defined to move forward
• You’re autonomous, curious, and able to prioritize your time wisely in an asynchronous work environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and sustainable software solutions that align with business and technical goals
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver valuable features from conception to production
• Take full ownership of the systems and features you build, ensuring their reliability and performance throughout their lifecycle
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions to uphold high quality standards and support continuous improvement
• Proactively suggest improvements, identify potential issues early, and influence team decisions without waiting for direction
