Full-Stack Engineer, Web3 - Poland

Summary

Cere is seeking a highly skilled Web3 Full-Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team and develop blockchain protocols using the Substrate framework. The role requires approximately two days per week in either Warsaw or Berlin office, and the successful candidate should have relevant experience and proficiency in various programming languages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Fundamental understanding of blockchain technology and experience developing decentralized applications (dApps)
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like React
• Backend development experience with Node.js , Express, and database management (SQL/NoSQL)

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for development tools and dashboards
• Contribute to continuous improvements in coding standards, performance, and scalability
• Build blockchain applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Monitor the performance of applications and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rust programming
• Experience with Substrate framework or other Blockchain frameworks
