Full-Stack Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in front-end/back-end web development
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Strong and recent experience exclusively with React and Python, with a demonstrable portfolio of projects
• Solid understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and frontend/backend integration
• Familiarity with LLMs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for teamwork
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile development environment
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (B2 - C2)

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React, ensuring high-quality, reusable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, identify bugs, and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement application features
• Support robust and scalable backend components using Python
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end web applications
• Collaborate with the team to integrate ML models into applications
• Improve the scalability and performance of existing applications
• Assist with hosting and deployment of applications
• Ensure a seamless transition between different environments
• Contribute to the design and development of public-facing demos
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and share your knowledge with the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with LLMs, RAG systems
• Experience in developing applications using LangChain, Llama Index, or similar software
• Hands-on experience with open-source models like Llama
