Fullstack Engineer

Summary

Join Feedzai's Engineering team as a Fullstack Engineer and contribute to the development and operation of our risk management platform. You will work iteratively within agile teams, writing reusable and testable code, and designing future product architecture. This role requires 2+ years of full-stack application development experience, a BSc/MSc in Computer Science, and strong coding skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, Quarkus, Javascript/Typescript, and React.js. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building full stack applications (preferably Java backend with quarkus framework + Javascript/Typescript React.js frontend)
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical degree
• Strong coding skills and Computer Science fundamentals
• Experience working in a continuous delivery environment where teams develop, deploy and monitor the changes they’re making
• Passionate desire to learn and grow
• Able to bring ideas into the team and to work out solutions to tough problems autonomously

Responsibilities

• Work iteratively within our agile teams to develop and operate our products and underlying technical frameworks
• Write reusable and testable code using the best tools for the job and participate in code reviews
• Design & influence the future product architecture, from efficiently using the data layer to crafting delightful user experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying frontends with usage metrics, feature flags and guided product tours
• Experience interfacing with modern distributed systems platforms for batch processing, messaging, and scalable data storage
• Contributions to OSS projects
