Full-Stack Engineer

Summary

Join Jimdo and help empower solopreneurs by building key features for JimdoPay, an integrated payment solution. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to the development of embedded payments, link-to-pay, and smart quoting tools. You will work with React and Java/Kotlin, integrating with payment APIs and building RESTful services. The role requires collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams. Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in fullstack development
• Strong experience with React and Typescript
• Proficient in backend development using Java or Kotlin
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture
• Experience with Relational DBs like Postgres
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Experience working with transactional workflows and event-driven architectures
• Comfortable building and integrating open-source UI libraries into larger applications
• Understanding of microfrontends architecture

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features using React and Java/Kotlin

• Manage data storage using relational databases
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and testing automation
