Requirements
- 3+ years experience working with a Rails backend
- 3+ years experience with a front end JS framework (preferable React)
- A solid understanding of API design and how backend systems work
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, AWS Parameter Store and GitHub Actions
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprints and daily stand-ups
- Ability to successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business user
- Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences
- Capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
- Bachelorβs degree
Responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with other engineers in building out interfaces that match designs
- These interfaces consume and create data from the backend
- Your input will help drive the direction and format of data endpoints
- Your day to day efforts will include communicating architecture choices to other team members
