• You have 3+ years of software engineering experience
• You have experience in a startup environment

• You are effective at working all over the stack
• You can take ownership of, and lead the architectural design of new products and systems
• You are motivated to build great software and curious about user problems
• You are experienced with code reviews, documentation, and taking the lead on implementing engineering practices
• You speak and write in an intellectually honest manner, and are comfortable communicating asynchronously with a remote team
• You are motivated to progress to a Tech Lead, managing a team of engineers

Responsibilities

• Own and support existing features for the Frontier web platform and various systems
• Work on / lead building new products and MVPs with users and other stakeholders
• Work closely with the team and partner with PM to raise the bar on the product, improve processes, and hire new members
