Full-Stack Engineer

Summary

Join a fast-growing AI company building an AI Copilot for educators. As a CTO, you will work directly with the founder to build new features on a LAMP stack, architect multi-agent workflows, implement RAG pipelines, and build CI/CD pipelines. You will also create high-throughput bulk processors, integrate with LMS APIs and SSO, and ship educator-facing dashboards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with PHP/Laravel, Linux/Apache, MySQL, and modern JS, and experience building multi-agent systems and CI/CD pipelines. Requirements

• Have 3 + yrs PHP/Laravel, Linux/Apache, MySQL, and modern JS (Vue/React)
• Built or orchestrated multi-agent systems and understand task routing, memory, reflection
• Know vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, Supabase Vector) and embedding trade-offs
• Have shipped reliable CI/CD, staging, and rollback pipelines with observability stacks
• Profile, cache, and test because speed = feature
• Have shipped a real product or side project that users love

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to build 0 → 1 features on a LAMP stack
• Architect and maintain multi-agent workflows (CrewAI, LangGraph, or custom)
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, vector stores, and inline citations
• Stand up staging / pre-prod / prod environments with branch-based deploys, migrations, smoke tests, and instant rollback
• Build CI/CD, containerisation, and structured logging + alerting (Datadog/Sentry/ELK) so every push is safe and observable
• Create high-throughput bulk processors that queue 10 k+ PDFs, stream progress, and cap token spend
• Integrate with LMS APIs (Canvas, Moodle) and SSO (OAuth, SAML)
• Ship educator-facing dashboards, settings, and analytics with minimal hand-holding
