This role requires 3+ years of experience in web application development with strong proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 6 and React.js. Fluency in English and Polish is essential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in web application development
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 6 and React.js
  • Experience with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (Cosmos DB, DynamoDB)
  • Understanding of modern IT architecture (distributed, asynchronous, cloud-based, serverless)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver business value based on customer requirements
  • Fluent English (C1) and Polish (B1/B2)
  • Readiness to work for a US-based client and availability to work until 21:00
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with worldwide teams co-located in Europe, the UK, and Asia
  • Create system components, microservices, and in some cases DevOps solutions
  • Experience working for clients from various industries
  • Work in an agile environment with tools such as GIT, Azure DevOps (may vary by project), Jira, Confluence, and Miro
  • Participate in internal technical workshops (Upskill), guild meetings, external and organized conferences (webinars, SoftwareTalks), and integration meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is a plus
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
