Fullstack Developer

Summary

Join Shift Technology's Engineering Team as a Fullstack Engineer and build complete designs for applications and features. Responsibilities include designing intuitive user interfaces, building robust APIs, writing and testing clean code, participating in releases and deployments, and contributing to technical migrations and architectural improvements. You will collaborate with a team of software engineers, data scientists, QA, UX, and product managers. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of software development experience, solid C# skills, some frontend experience (ReactJS preferred), and a passion for creating impactful work. The role requires fluency in English. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software development
• Backend wise, you have solid C# skills - it's a MUST !
• You have some Frontend experience as well - any JS framework works; we work with ReactJS!
• You are a true Fullstack : Frontend is part of your job, as much as Backend!
• Your projects are beautifully designed and cleanly written
• You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn, always looking to expand your fields of expertise
• You are proactive and take ownership of your work
• You want your work to have an impact : rather than a cog, you see yourself as the engine
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces to collect and review information
• Building and maintaining robust APIs that automate decision-making processes
• Writing, testing (from unit to end-to-end), and delivering clean, maintainable code
• Actively participating in releases, deployments, and monitoring of solutions in production
• Contributing to technical migrations, modernization efforts, and architectural improvements as our platforms evolve
• Performance, scalability and quality are key challenges to solve in order to deliver and review code
• You are part of a team and collaborate with your teammates (software engineers, data scientists, QA, UX, product managers) to constantly receive and give feedback and improve the agile development process
