Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in developing software applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • 2+ years of experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, C#, and SQL (experience with MSSQL is preferred, but other variants are acceptable)
  • 2+ years of experience working with modern JavaScript component-based libraries, like React
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team, collaborating effectively to solve complex problems
  • An eye for design, with the ability to create software that is both user-friendly and visually intuitive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React
  • Engage in both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring a seamless and integrated user experience
  • Enhance user experience by optimizing application performance and ensuring high responsiveness
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input on innovative ways to improve existing systems and develop new products
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across various applications and platforms
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are both functional and visually appealing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial ideation to software design and development
  • Redesign and update specific application dashboards and key user interfaces to improve usability and aesthetics
  • Create mockups for application designs that align with current industry trends and fit within our company’s vision
  • Modernize older services and applications by translating them into newer software technologies
  • Analyze existing applications to identify opportunities for scaling and redesigning to meet evolving customer needs and expectations
