Summary
Join PingWind as a Functional Analyst supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Architecture Technical Architecture Support (EATAS) project. You will perform technical support services, deliver integrated support for the Target State Architecture and Migration Plan, conduct research and analysis, and prepare reports. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation

Responsibilities
- Performing technical support services to include technical assessments of technology as defined by the Customer, Quality Assurance of submitted work product, and testing/deployment support for the TRM Application
- Delivering integrated strategic, technical, engineering, and programmatic support needed for the Target State Architecture and Migration Plan and for the continued evolution of the systems used by VA to accomplish its mission
- Availability during core working hours both for the government Customer and team members
- Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports
- Analyzing programs, procedures, and systems and making recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Understanding project requirements and making recommendations both internally and to the Customer
- Identifying and resolving issues and problems
- Contributing to the development and delivery of contract deliverables in accordance with the PWS
Preferred Qualifications
