Summary

Join our team as a seasoned SAP Sales and Service Cloud Functional Consultant, delivering expert guidance on business processes within SAP’s Customer Experience (CX) suite. You will act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders and optimizing business processes. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional designs, and supporting the creation of demo environments. Collaboration with various teams is crucial, as is staying current with SAP product innovations. You will also support the packaging of industry-specific content to accelerate customer adoption. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in functional consulting within SAP Sales and Service Cloud, and in-depth knowledge of sales and service business processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in functional consulting roles within SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C)
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and service business processes (e.g., lead-to-cash, service ticketing, customer support)
  • Good understanding of integration points between SAP CX and SAP S/4HANA (e.g., master data, transactional data flows)
  • Experience in gathering requirements, running workshops, performing gap analysis, and preparing functional specifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders across global environments
  • Experience with SAP Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard approaches, and solution scoping

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Sales and Service Cloud, advising stakeholders on best practices, business process optimization, and system capabilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration in SAP Sales and Service Cloud
  • Support the creation and enhancement of demo environments and process blueprints that highlight the capabilities of the SAP Sales and Service Cloud
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Product, Partners, and Go-To Market teams to understand end-to-end demo requirements and tailor content to their needs
  • Provide input on integration scenarios with S/4HANA and other SAP CX components, supporting business alignment across platforms
  • Stay current with SAP product innovations, particularly within the Sales and Service Cloud portfolio, and advise on their business implications
  • Support the packaging of industry or use-case-specific content to accelerate customer adoption and value realization
  • Be on the cutting edge of the latest SAP technologies and solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its functional use in extending CX solutions is a plus
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
