Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years' combined expertise in financial accounting and fund administration
• Background working in either a quant hedge fund or crypto-related firm
• Comprehensive understanding of fund structures, legal documentation, and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and operations
• Meticulous attention to detail is paramount
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Chinese and English, coupled with professional discretion, as the role involves regular interaction with investment partners

Responsibilities

• Manages diverse fund operational tasks
• Liaises with external partners, particularly the financial services provider
• Performs various financial activities such as reconciliation, financial statement preparation, cost management, and banking operations
• Facilitates investor engagement processes including client onboarding/due diligence, addressing general inquiries, and compiling and distributing periodic updates
